Michelle Clanton has been a valued member of the B2B Payroll and HR Solutions team for over five years, serving as a Human Resource and Payroll Specialist. With extensive experience in business, finance, and employee relations, she works closely with small businesses across Northern Alabama to provide tailored human resource and payroll solutions.

Michelle is highly skilled in payroll processing and management, with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as other leading payroll software platforms. She also specializes in staff training, operation management, and policy development. She is particularly experienced in providing strategic advice to operational managers for small businesses and in developing strong, positive company cultures.

In addition to her work at B2B Payroll and HR Solutions, Michelle serves as the Treasurer for the Tennessee Valley Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, four dogs, and two cats. She also volunteers regularly with local animal shelters, helping pets find loving homes through adoption and rescue efforts.
